Properties	Acrid, warm
Channels	Spleen, kidney
Function	Warms spleen, induces appetite, reduces saliva, warms kidney, strengthens vital essence and controls urination.
Clinic Usage	For cold in spleen and kidney, abdominal pain, diarrhea, vomiting, middle qi deficiency and cold, reduced appetite but with profuse saliva, deficient and cold kidney qi, nocturnal emission, urinary incontinence and frequent urination in the night.
Cautions	The herb is dry and hot. Contraindicated in cases of yin deficiency with strong fire signs.
Dosage	3~6g
