Return Policy

Items purchased at PrimeHolly.com may be returned either to a company or by mail. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for exchange, credit or refund. Items must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. We strongly recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 30 days after purchase. Please include a copy of the original invoice with your return or obtain an authorization by calling 408-573-9889 or emailing info@PrimeHolly.com

Acceptance of returns over 30 days and returns without a return authorization or invoice copy is at Prime Holly's discretion and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Media such as books, CDs & DVDs may be returned within 15 days of purchase with a receipt. These items must be unopened in the original packaging. Defective items may be exchanged for the same product. Items purchased from dealers or resellers and not directly from PrimeHolly.com are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
