Orders received by 2:30pm PST are shipped the same day. Orders after 3:00pm PST will be shipped the next business day. Prime Holly is not responsible for weather delays or other natural and environmental factors affecting expedited shipping and will not refund shipping charges on such delays out of our control. Prime Holly policy is in line with established rules followed by Fedex or USPS for unexpected delays, weather situations or deadlines not met.


All claims for lost or damaged items must be made within 30 days from date of delivery. All claims made after that date will be denied.
