Function	Dispels wind and dampness, harmonizes blood, soothes sinews, clears heat and is diuretic.
Clinic Usage	For damp arthralgia due to pathogenic wind-cold, spasms in the joints, hectic fever due to consumption, jaundice, blood in the stool, lockjaw, toothache, fever due to infantile malnutrition, urination difficulties and wind-dryness syndromes.
Cautions	Contraindicated in cases of weakness due to extended period of illness and patients with frequent urination or loose stool.
