Function	Moistens the lower part of body, directs fire downward, clears heat from lung, expels phlegm, restores normal resilience to stiffening tissue and dissipates phlegm nodules.
Clinic Usage	For phlegm-heat coughing and wheezing, thick sputum difficult to expectorate, scrofula and gonorrhea.
Cautions	Contraindicated in cases of coughing due to cold deficiency.
Dosage	9~15g. To apply to eyes, grind into fine powder or dissolve in water first.
