Function	Dissipates phlegm and opens orifices.
Clinic Usage	For phlegm obstruction, a stifling sensation in the chest, coughing, wheezing, cough with sputum that is difficult to expectorate, epilepsy, unconsciousness due to wind-stroke, skin disease or wounds, and toxic swellings.
Cautions	Overdose may cause vomiting and diarrhea. Contraindicated during pregnancy. Also contraindicated in cases of qi or yin deficiency, or hemoptysis.
Dosage	1.5~5g. Take in powder form.
Storage	Store in a dry, well-ventilated place.
