Function	Clears heat in the upper diaphragm, transforms phlegm, generates saliva, generates tissue, alleviates pain and stops bleeding and watery secretion. It also has an astringent effect on wounds and ulcers.
Clinic Usage	For canker sore, puncture wounds, ulcers in the skin, damp ulcer, cancre, swollen hemorrhoids and coughing. It also helps stop bleeding.
Cautions
Dosage	1~3g. Place in a cheesecloth before decocting. Use in pills and powders. Apply proper amount externally.
Storage	Store in a dry place. Avoid dampness.
