Function	Nourishes heart and kidney, tones yin and promotes intelligence.
Clinic Usage	For blood and yin deficiency, hectic fever, weakness in the lower back and knees, chronic coughing, leukorrhea, vaginal discharge, chronic dysentery, and infantile metopium.
Cautions	Contraindicated in cases of cold deficiency in stomach and spleen. Use with caution during pregnancy.
Dosage	10~30g used in decoctions.
