| Clinic Usage | For coughing and wheezing due to cold deficiency, pain in the lower back, feeble legs, hernia, frequent urination, nocturnal emission, strangury due to urinary stone, dysentery with blood, carbuncles and toxic swellings. |
| Cautions | Contraindicated in cases of yin deficiency with strong fire signs, coughing with phlegm-heat or patients with loose stool. |
| Dosage | 10~30g. Use with pericarp to calm wheezing and coughing, without pericarp for moistening intestines and helping bowel movements. |
