Function	Directs drug properties upward while utilizing and dispersing their ingredients, promotes and disperses them. Also expels wind and phlegm.
Clinic Usage	For phlegm accumulation due to wind-stroke, headache, migraine, damp arthralgia due to pathogenic wind-cold, convulsions, spasms, damp and itchy skin, tetanus and facial paralysis.
Cautions
Dosage	3~6g after processed. To use externally, smash the herb, use in decocted paste or powders. Apply to wounds with wine.
