Ingredients	Menthol, Methone, ?-Pinene, Camphene, l-Linonene, Carvone, Pulegone, 101-methy1-?D-glucoside, l-Carvone, Linalool, Caryophllene, and ?-Ocimene.
Pharma Effect	Menthol is efficient in treatment of headache, neuralgia and itches.
Properties	Acrid, cold
Channels	Liver, lung.
Function	Disperses the wind-heat, clears filth, relieves toxicity, spreads liver qi and releases constraint.
Clinic Usage	For externally contracted wind-heat, headache, red eyes, swollen, sore throat, scabies, stagnant liver qi and stomach ache with a stuffy sensation.
Cautions	Contraindicated in cases of deficient yin with heat signs, excessive liver yang, deficient exterior or heavy sweating.
Dosage	3~6g. Add to decoction before finishing.
Storage	Store in a cool, dry place.
