 Source  The flower of Chrysanthemum morifolium RAMAT.
 Ingredients  Chrysanthemin, Borneol, Chrysanthenone, Luteolin-7-glucoside, Apigenin-7-glucoside, Acacetin-7-Rhamnoglucoside Dihydrate and Chlorovhrymorin.
 Pharma Effect  This herb is antipyretic, anti-flammatory and has an antibiotic effect. It is also effective in treating hypertension, helping coronary artery expansion, increasing the blood flow, and reinforcing heart contraction.
 Properties  Sweet, bitter, slightly cold
 Channels  Lung, liver.
 Function  Spreads the wind, clears heat, improves eyesight and relieves toxicity.
 Clinic Usage  For wind-heat flu, headache, dizziness, swollen, sore, red eyes and blurred vision.
 Cautions  Use with caution for patients with deficient qi and cold stomach, or with symptoms of poor appetite and diarrhea.
 Dosage  5~9g. Use yellow chrysanthemums for wind-heat flu, white chrysanthemums to clear heat, improve eyesight and calm the liver.
 Storage  Store in a cool, dry and tightly sealed place. Avoid mold or infestation by worms. Check frequently in summer.
