Product suggest Usage	Adults and children over 12 years : Clean and dry affected area. If desired, cut plaster to size. Remove the protective film while applying plaster directly to site of pain. Do not apply more than 3 times per day. Plasters will remain effective for 8 hours in normal condition. Children under 12 years : ask a doctor.
