- Prep: Identify the target acupoint (e.g., Zusanli or Shenshu). Peel off the protective sticker paper from the bottom of the adhesive base.
- Ignite: Using a lighter or candle, ignite the top of the moxa stick until it begins to glow and smolder evenly.
- Stick: Firmly stick the moxa unit directly onto the desired body point.
- Duration: Leave in place for 10–15 minutes or until the stick has burned down to the base. You should feel a deep, comfortable warmth spreading through the area.
Product caution - Skin Sensitivity: Everyone’s heat tolerance is different. If the heat becomes painful or stinging, remove the stick immediately to prevent skin irritation or minor burns.
- Ventilation: This product produces natural herbal smoke. Use in a well-ventilated area.
- Post-Care: Avoid exposure to cold water or cold drafts for at least 2 hours after your session, as pores remain open and sensitive.
