Shatter-resistant, puncture-resistant, and transparent lid allows for easy viewing. Ideal for safe disposal of needles, needles with syringes, vacutainers, lancets, and blades (e.g., razors and scalpels).
Counterbalanced lid is designed to prevent infection/cross contamination by limiting access to container contents and facilitating one-handed operation.
Constructed of puncture-resistant polypropylene. Safe to autoclave or incinerate and meets or exceeds FDA standards, including OSHA and EPA requirements, for local biohazard waste-collection services.
