Product suggest Usage
  • Preparation: Ensure the skin is clean and dry. Have your preferred heat source (e.g., cotton ball soaked in alcohol, lit candle) and tongs ready.
  • Heating the Jar: Carefully hold the glass cupping jar with the finger grips. Using tongs, quickly insert the flaming cotton ball (or pass the rim of the jar over the candle flame) into the jar for a brief moment (1-3 seconds). The goal is to rapidly heat the air inside, not to scorch the glass.
  • Application: Immediately and smoothly apply the heated jar to the desired area of the skin. The vacuum created as the air cools inside the jar will create suction, drawing the skin and superficial muscle layers upwards.
  • Duration: Leave the cups in place for 5-15 minutes, or as recommended by a qualified practitioner. Monitor the skin for excessive discoloration or discomfort.
  • Removal: To remove the cup, gently press down on the skin near the rim of the cup, breaking the seal and allowing air to enter. Slide the cup off horizontally. Do not pull the cup directly off.
Product caution
  • For professional use or under the guidance of a trained practitioner. Fire cupping involves the use of flame and requires proper technique to avoid burns and injury.
  • Never overheat the glass. Overheating can cause the glass to crack or break, leading to injury. The flame should only be inside the jar for a very brief period.
  • Inspect jars before each use. Do not use jars with cracks, chips, or any damage, as they may shatter during heating or application.
  • Do not apply to open wounds, inflamed skin, moles, varicose veins, or areas with skin infections.
  • Avoid using on sensitive areas such as the face, eyes, or directly over major arteries.
  • Do not leave cups on for extended periods if severe discoloration (dark purple or black) occurs, as this may indicate excessive suction.
  • Monitor the client/user closely for discomfort or adverse reactions.
  • Keep away from children and pets.
  • Store jars in a safe place to prevent accidental breakage.
  • Clean jars thoroughly with antiseptic solution after each use.
  • Consult a healthcare professional before using cupping therapy if you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, or are on medication.
